On the XBOX 360 controller, is there a switch between RB and Y that turns turbo on and off?

In a magazine, it said that between the Y button and the RB button, there is a millimeter long switch that can activate turbo which makes the RT button activate multiple times when you press it just once. For instance, in COD4, when the switch is on, guns like the M14, G3, pistols, and snipers can shoot full auto.
