What's the eye sight requirement to be an air traffic controller in the military or the FAA?

I have 20/20 in one eye and 20/200 in the other it's a lazy eye. Can I get a waiver if that doesn't qualify me?What's the eye sight requirement to be an air traffic controller in the military or the FAA?
That is a question to ask a Flight Surgeon or an Aviation Medical Examiner. The hang up is the lazy eye. I have 20/200 in both eyes but neither is lazy and I hold medicals that allow me to fly commercially or work as an ATCS (with my glasses I'm 20/20 though). Just go to the local airport, ask for the number for the local AME and ask them regarding civilian world. Military though, I'm not sure and I really wouldn't know who to ask.
